Car crash hospitalized woman on Garfield Ave north of Winding Way in Carmichael
A police report by California Highway Patrol stated that on Monday, April 23rd 2018, a traffic accident that took place on Garfield Avenue, just north of Winding Way in the city of Carmichael injured at least one person.
Moreover, at about 8:35 p.m. a vehicle went over the a median and hit another vehicle on the left turn lane in the other direction, according to officials. Authorities reported that a SUV and a sedan were the vehicles involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.
Additionally, a woman was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the severity of the injuries sustained by the victim are unknown. Officials have not released the age or name of the injured victim yet.
