At least one person was hospitalized ensuing car accident on Highway 91 near the 605 Freeway in Cerritos
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Friday, March 30th 2018, at about 7:24 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on State Route 91 near the 605 Freeway in the city of Cerritos.
Furthermore, authorities mentioned that a green dodge truck, a grey Ford Flex and a silver Honda Civic were merging on to the 605 Freeway from SR-91 when the accident occurred. The collision caused major front-end damage to the Civic, as stated by officials.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured victim.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash. Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
