At least 1 person hospitalized ensuing car crash on the 17 Highway south of Hamilton Ave in San Jose
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Thursday, April 26th 2018, at about 1:03 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on State Route 17, just south of Hamilton Avenue in the city of San Jose.
Furthermore, authorities stated that a BMW, a grey Nissan, a Ford and another vehicle were traveling southbound on SR-17 when the collision injured. The accident deployed air bags and caused damages to vehicles, as mentioned by CHP.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
