Car crash on Highway 126 near Howe Road in Filmore injures two drivers
According to a local news report, on Friday morning, April 20th, 2018, approximately at 9:10 am, car collision occurred on State Route 126 near Howe Road in Filmore injuring two people.
Furthermore, a driver was heading eastbound on Highway 126 when another vehicle collided causing one of them to roll over several times off the highway then down the embankment, stated the authorities. In addition, the other vehicle was in the median, mentioned the officials.
Also, the two drivers involved in the collision were transported to Santa Paula Hospital with the complaint of pain, report stated.
It is unknown at this time if alcohol and or drugs were a factor in this incident.
Several lanes of traffic were blocked as authorities worked to clear the accident and a tow truck was required for the vehicles involved in the accident, as stated by authorities.
Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured party at this time.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.
