Multi-vehicle collision on the 605 Freeway north of Rosecrans Ave in Norwalk resulted in injuries

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Sunday, March 11th 2018, at 11:59 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that involved several vehicles on Interstate 605, just north of Rosecrans Avenue in the city of Norwalk.

Furthermore, authorities did not get a full description of the all the vehicles involved but did mention that three to four vehicles were involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.  A lady was seen laying on the roadway with a possible broken leg when officials arrived, as reported by CHP.

In addition, at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics, however authorities have not released any information on the injured party at this time.

Currently, this incident is undergoing review by officials as they work to determine the exact cause and liable party of the accident.  Further details will be available at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
