One person injured after car collision on Newport Avenue and Sycamore Avenue in Tustin

According to onscenevideo.tv, a car collision occurred on Friday April 6th, 2018, around 10:21 pm at Newport Avenue and Sycamore Avenue injuring one person.

As mentioned in the article, a motorcyclist was hit by a vehicle at an intersection near the 55 freeway. The motorcyclist was flung off of the motorcycle and landed 15 feet away, the article said.

The motorcyclist was treated on scene and transported to a nearby hospital with a possible leg injury, authorities stated.

In addition, the motorcycle was identified as a blue Kawasaki motorcycle, stated the officials.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as Tustin police work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.
