Injuries reported after a three car collision occurred on the I-10 freeway near Crenshaw Boulevard

According to the California Highway Patrol report, on Saturday morning, March 17th 2018, at least one person was injured after a traffic accident occurred on I-10 freeway near Crenshaw Boulevard in Los Angeles.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash early morning Saturday, officials said. A white 4 wheel drive truck, a pick up truck and an unknown vehicle collided in what seems to be a rear-end accident. As stated by the report, two of the trucks were blocking lanes 1 and 2 when authorities came. Tow trucks were later called to help remove the vehicles blocking the freeway lanes as reported.

As stated by the officials, Los Angeles Fire Department and an ambulance was called onto the scene to assist with the reported injuries. It is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured victim at this time.

Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
