At least one person injured in traffic accident on the 10 Freeway west of Vincent Ave in West Covina

As mentioned in a police report by California Highway Patrol, on Sunday, March 4th 2018, at about 4:13 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident involving several vehicles on Interstate 10, just west of Vincent Avenue in the city of West Covina.

Additionally, officials reported that a black KIA Spectra, a KIA Sorento, and a grey Mercedes-Benz was were the vehicles involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.  Several people were seen walking around outside of their vehicles, according to CHP.

Furthermore, at least one person was taken to a nearby hospital, however authorities have no word on the severity of the injuries sustained by the victim.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
