Car accident on Highway 57 west of Via Verde in San Dimas resulted in injuries

According to a police report by California Highway Patrol, on Saturday, March 10th 2018, at about 7:23 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on State Route 57, just north of Via Verde in the city of San Dimas.

Moreover, authorities report that a white Ford F-150 and a grey Toyota Prius, were the vehicles involved in the accident that resulted in injuries on SR-57.  One of the vehicles to end up facing the wrong-way due to the collision, as stated by CHP.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, but at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics. However, authorities have no word on the condition of the injured party at this time.

Currently, this incident is undergoing review by officials as they work to determine the exact cause and liable party of the collision.  Further details will be available at a later time once the authorities have concluded their investigation.
