Ambulance dispatched to scene of head-on collision in Turlock
A two car head-on collision occurred on the Golden State Highway near Linwood Avenue in Turlock at approximately 7:15 PM on Tuesday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.
According to the report, one of the vehicles was driving southbound down the Golden State Freeway heading the wrong way and collided into another vehicle. At the time of the report, it is known that both vehicles involved in the accident are of Honda make.
Medical crews treated at least one injured person at the scene of the accident.
The identity of the persons involved in the accident is currently not known. In addition, it is unknown whether or not there were other passengers in the vehicles involved in the accident.
The investigation into this car crash is still ongoing. Further details will be released as it becomes available to the public.
