Traffic accident on I-215 in San Bernardino concluded in at least 1 injured

According to a California Highway Patrol report,  on January 24, there were two vehicles involved in a car collision, which led to at least one person getting hospitalized.  The cars were traveling northbound on the 215 San Bernardino Freeway when the accident occurred.

As mentioned in the report, the car wreck occurred on I-215 around 10:00 p.m. and it involved a green Honda Civic and a red sedan.  CHP called for an ambulance upon arrival for the injured party.  The report also stated that one of the vehicles was smoking and was blocking the HOV lane.

The injured victim was sent to a local hospital and all the involved vehicles were moved to the right hand shoulder, CHP cited.  Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
