Medical crews responded to traffic collision involving four cars in Ontario

An ambulance was called to the scene of a traffic collision involving four vehicles on Monday at approximately 3:06 PM on the San Bernardino Freeway near Etiwanda Avenue in Ontario, according to California Highway Patrol incident logs.

The four cars involved in the accident blocked lanes of the freeway and required an ambulance according to the report. A black Lexus of unknown model, a Dodge Ram, a red Hyundai of unknown model, and a freeway service patrol vehicle blocked traffic until authorities arrived to move the vehicles.

At least one person was injured in the accident. At the time, the identities of the persons involved in the accident is unknown. It is also unknown whether or not the vehicles involved in the crash had additional passengers.

The traffic accident is still under investigation. Complete details regarding the crash will be released as they become available to the public.
