Driver fails to yield at intersection and collides into school bus bound for Caesar Chavez High School

According to a recent press article from KCRA, there was an incident reported on Friday morning after a truck hit a school bus in Stockton.

California Highway Patrol reported that at about 6:50 a.m. or earlier, a bus was involved in an accident with a truck at the intersection of March Lane and Fred Russo Drive.  The bus was reportedly heading to Caesar Chavez High School.

Furthermore, there was a total of four students that were taken to the hospital with complaint of pain, CHP officers reported.

Currently, no additional details have been reported at this time as the investigation is underway to determine the liability and cause of the accident as well as the severity of the injuries.
