Christine Adele Rowe of Chico arrested in relation to fatal car accident on Highway 32

According to a recent news report, there was a head-on collision on CA-32 east of Meridian Road on Saturday that left one person dead, and two others injured.

The accident took place on CA-32 at about 9:27 p.m. on Saturday when Christine Adele Rowe, a 68-year-old Chico resident, veered right in her Toyota Camry, crashing into a bridge rail, said California Highway Patrol.
