School bus crashes into two cars, causing several injuries

According to a local news article, a pregnant woman and seven children were among 15 victims who were hospitalized after a school bus accident occurred in El Sobrante at San Pablo Dam Road and Lois Lane on Tuesday early morning.

As per the article, the California Highway Patrol responded to the incident at about 8:11 a.m. at San Pablo Dam Road and Lois Lane, where they discovered a school bus crashed with two cars.

Among 15 injured parties, two were reportedly in critical condition and were transported by paramedics to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, said officials.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that the bus driver was pregnant and had been transported along with seven children who also suffered injuries.

No identities were released in the article, pending the notification of next-of-kin.  Their conditions are currently being further evaluated, said the article.
