Pedestrian Accidents in California

According to reports, California was stated to have the 15th highest rate of fatal pedestrian accidents in the U.S. throughout just the first six months of 2017. Approximately 352 people were fatally struck in incidents with motor vehicles during that time span. Victims are ordinarily unprotected when they are hit by a vehicle, which leaves them with a considerable risk of enduring serious or even fatal injuries during a California pedestrian accident.

Victims and their family members are generally left with terrible pain and suffering, as well as the overwhelming challenge of covering very high expenses. After an unexpected accident, particularly one caused by an inattentive driver, it immediately becomes essential to know that you may have serious rights to follow.
