Fatal accidents take place every day in California and more than 3,000 people will die in crashes on our roadways each year. Unfortunately, this number places our state near the top of national statistics when it comes to fatal crashes. A California car accident can take place at any time and the results are often catastrophic.
If you have lost a loved one to a crash on our streets or highways, it is important to consult with an attorney regarding your legal rights. Under the California wrongful death law, you could have important rights to compensation, including payment for funeral and medical bills, loss of companionship and society, and more. A large number of fatal crashes claim the lives of innocent victims and these cases should never be handled without the help of a skilled California wrongful death lawyer.
