Fatal Head-on Collisions in California

While nearly any accident holds the possibility to be devastating, those which occur head-on are regularly among the most severe. In 2018, the deaths of around 48 people per 100,000 were reported following injuries sustained in various motor vehicle collisions. Unfortunately, head-on collisions in California are often detrimental, and protecting your rights as a victim or a family member is of the utmost importance.

We understand that there is generally nothing as challenging as sustaining a sudden injury, and especially the sudden loss of a family member. Following such a distressing event, it is essential to know that you may have very significant rights that are protected by California law.
