California Motorcycle Accidents

A California motorcycle accident can be a devastating experience for victims and their families. Motorcycles, unfortunately, are not built to withstand the extreme force of collisions between cars and other larger vehicles. When a motorcyclist is involved in a crash, their risk of serious injury is high. Motorcycle crashes cause more deaths proportionally in California than any other type of traffic accident.

If you or a loved one have been involved in a motorcycle accident, it is important to understand your legal rights. When the other driver is at fault, you could be entitled to recover compensation for your injuries. This compensation includes amounts for pain and suffering, medical and prescription expenses, as well as lost wages from time you had to miss from work. While these types of compensation may be available to you, only an experienced California motorcycle accident lawyer can assist you in maximizing the value of your case and helping you receive a settlement amount to which you are truly entitled.
