Fatal Bus Accidents in California

Approximately 63,000 buses are involved in accidents each and every year, 325 of which result in at least one fatality. The size and power of such vehicles is one common reason why a California bus accident can often be devastating, while some accidents are caused by driver negligence or poor maintenance of the vehicle. However, the most important thing for victims and their loved ones to understand following a crash is that they may have substantial rights protected by law.

Catastrophic and fatal accidents can happen at nearly any time, leaving victims and their loved ones with pain and suffering on top immensely high expenses. Many victims and their family members will seek compensation to assist with these costs, which are generally related to funeral expenses, as well as the loss of income.

At The May Firm, our accident attorneys are devoted to holding negligent drivers and other entities accountable for the damage they cause.
