Fatal Saugus Motorcycle Crash

Fatal vehicle crashes take place each day, multiple times per day in California. Motorcycle crashes are potentially very serious events due to the type of vehicle involved. Unfortunately, motorcycles are not manufactured to withstand severe impacts from major collisions with larger vehicles. A motorcycle crash often results in the victim being thrown from the bike, thus increasing the potential for a catastrophic result.

Many California motorcycle accidents are caused by other drivers who fail to pay attention to the roadway. This can lead to a scenario where the victim’s family has rights under California’s personal injury law. If a loved one has been killed, the victim’s heirs may be able to file a wrongful death action against the other motorist.
