Santa Fe Springs, CA (January 9, 2020) – A suspected hit-and-run collision resulted in at least one injured victim on Monday afternoon, January 6th, in Santa Fe Springs. The crash happened at around 3:15 p.m. at the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Telegraph Road, according to authorities.
Officials with the California Highway Patrol stated that two vehicles collided at the intersection and one of the drivers fled the scene on foot. Medical crews rushed to the crash site where they attended to at least one wounded party.
Authorities have not provided any information in regard to the gravity of the victims’ condition. The events that led to this incident remain under investigation.
