Santa Barbara, CA – 2 Dead in Sunday Head-On Crash

Santa Barbara, CA (September 22, 2019) – A head-on crash in Santa Barbara left two people dead on Sunday, September 22nd. The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. on Highway 246, near Domingo Road.

According to reports, a vehicle crossed the center and line and collided head-on with a second vehicle. Investigators are still looking into what caused the driver to leave their lane and cross the center line and there is no word on what caused the crash at this time. The Santa Barbara County Fire Department, along with police, arrived at the crash scene to assist the victims. No one involved in the crash has been since been identified.

Police have released any further information and an investigation into the accident is ongoing.
