California Car Accidents

When you have been hurt in a California car accident, you may wonder what your next steps should be. During this time, you are likely worried about what the future holds. With your medical bills piling up, you may feel a great deal of anxiety and frustration as a result of your situation.

Following the crash, you are likely to receive calls from an insurance adjuster wanting you to settle your case quickly. It is a mistake to sign anything or agree to a settlement without the benefit of advice from an experienced California car accident attorney. The insurance company does not work for you and their only goal is to reach a settlement of your claims as cheaply as possible, thus saving them money in the process. Once you sign a settlement, you have given up your rights to receive any further compensation as a result of the crash.
