Pedestrian Accidents in California

Pedestrian accidents in California can be extremely complex. Many of these crashes involve different versions of the event which led up to the crash. For this reason, a thorough investigation is often needed in the aftermath of the accident. Accident reconstruction can be a critical component of any California pedestrian crash in order to determine who should be held responsible.

Under California’s pedestrian accident laws, a pedestrian can recover from a negligent driver if the pedestrian was either not at fault or partially at fault in causing the crash. If you or a loved one have been injured in a California pedestrian crash, it is important to seek the skills and experience of a California pedestrian accident lawyer as soon as possible.  Your focus should be exclusively on your recovery while your attorney handles the legal details of your claim.
