California is home to many bicyclists. Whether used for exercise or as a means of transportation, bicycling is a very popular activity. Despite this, riding a bicycle can also be dangerous. When bicyclists are involved in collisions with vehicles, the results can be catastrophic as a bicycle is simply not manufactured to withstand crashes involving much larger vehicles.
Some of the most common injuries sustained in bicycle accidents include broken bones, head trauma, neck trauma, and spinal cord injuries. When a bicycle accident takes place, police must carefully examine the crash scene to determine how the accident occurred and who was at fault. If you find yourself in this position, it is best to seek the services of California bicycle accident attorney right away. A good attorney may be the difference in your future.
