DUI Accidents in California

An unfortunate surge in DUI related deaths was recently reported for the year 2016, according to an Office Traffic Safety report. Due to the terribly reckless nature of intoxicated motorists, it is not surprising that so many California car accidents involving a DUI driver ultimately result in total devastation. After suffering because of a seriously careless or intoxicated driver, it is important for victims to understand their rights moving forward.
