Relatively recent figures provided by the California Office of Traffic Safety showed that the rate of life-ending pedestrian accidents in California rose by roughly 32.8 percent from 2012 to 2016. Auto-pedestrian crashes are continually detrimental because of the vulnerability of victims alongside the rash actions of negligent operators. It is crucial for victims to take the proper steps to safeguard their rights and hold thoughtless drivers liable for their behavior.
