More than 700 people will lose their lives in California pedestrian accidents this year. Unfortunately, pedestrians tend to suffer serious and catastrophic injuries when they are involved in crashes with vehicles. Broken bones, head and neck trauma, and death are common outcomes of pedestrian crashes.
Many California pedestrian accidents are caused due to the negligence of motorists. Drivers who fail to yield, fail to stop at crosswalks and at intersections can cause a deadly pedestrian crash to occur. The cause of this crash will remain under investigation until the police can determine if the driver was negligent in causing the crash in any way. Our thoughts and condolences go out to the victim and his family during this difficult time.
