Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

Data provided by the California Office of Traffic Safety showed that fatal pedestrian accidents in California increased by around 32.8 percent between 2012 and 2016. Auto-pedestrian collisions are so-frequently serious due to the utter defenselessness of the victim, alongside such factors as reckless behavior behind the wheel. It is very important for victims and bereaved loved ones to protect their rights and to hold inattentive parties liable for their actions.
