Fatal Multi-Vehicle Accidents in California

Unfortunately, more than 3,000 California car accidents resulted in fatalities in 2017 alone, and thousands more resulted in minor to catastrophic injuries. Although there are often many different reasons why a collision can occur, you may be entitled to file a claim for compensation in the event that you have been hurt due to the negligent actions of another party.

Because of the extremely high costs of medical bills and physical recovery on top of lost wages, many victims will opt to file a claim for financial recompense. It is our belief that anyone who has operated a vehicle in a negligent manner, resulting in the injuries or death of another person, should be held accountable for their actions.
