According to studies, a majority of bicyclists who were hit and killed by vehicles were men over the age of 40. Irrespective of gender and age, however, bicycle accidents in California are prone to result in fatal injuries because of the defenselessness of victims combined with severely negligent drivers. Serious accidents can take place at almost any time, leaving victims and their loved ones with tremendous suffering, as well as extremely high and unfair costs.
At The May Firm, our accident attorneys are committed to holding negligent and blatantly criminal drivers accountable for the devastation they cause. If you have been injured or lost a family member in a bicycle accident because of a reckless, criminal, or otherwise negligent driver, please don’t hesitate to call (844) 629-3476 or leave us a message to schedule a free consultation today.
