Fatal Car Accidents in California

Tragically, more than 3,000 California car accidents resulted in fatalities in 2017 alone. Although there are often many different reasons why a fatal crash can occur, you may be entitled to file a claim for wrongful death in the event that you have lost a loved one due to the negligence of another party.

Because of the extremely high costs associated with events such as funerals and physical recovery, many victims or their loved ones will choose to file a claim for compensation. It is our belief that anyone who has operated a vehicle in a negligent manner, resulting in the injuries or death of another person, should be held accountable for their actions.
