Maricopa, CA – 1 Seriously Hurt in Highway 33 Motorcycle Crash

Maricopa, CA (March 22, 2020) – One person suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a car and motorcycle in Maricopa. The crash happened on Saturday, March 21st around 8:15 p.m. along Highway 33.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene just north of Kerto Road. According to reports, a motorcycle collided with a Dodge Ram. The cause of the crash was not immediately known. Rescue workers transported the motorcyclist to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. There is no word on whether the driver of the vehicle was hurt.

CHP is investigating at this time. There is no further information available.
