Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

On average, a pedestrian is reported to be struck and killed by a motor vehicle approximately every two hours. Pedestrian accidents in California have been reported to make up 11% of all motor vehicle accident deaths in the state. These detrimental statistics are often due to the vulnerability of pedestrians at the time of a collision.

Deadly accidents can occur at any time, resulting in not only the pain and suffering of losing a family member but the burden of extremely high expenses as well. While it may be difficult, it is terribly important for bereaved family members to understand that they may likely have substantial rights at this time.
