Pedestrian Accidents in California

According to the California Office of Traffic Safety, fatal pedestrian accidents in California increased by approximately 32.8 percent between 2012 and 2016. These types of collisions are so-often deadly due to the defenselessness of victims, as well as the sheer reckless actions of blatantly negligent motorists. While it is irrefutably challenging to deal with a sudden injury, it is extremely important for victims and their families to protect their rights in the immediate moments after an accident.
