California Fatal Pedestrian Crashes

Serious and fatal pedestrian accidents take place every day in California.  Many pedestrian crashes occur along busy streets and highways where drivers are less likely to exercise the same caution as they would in neighborhood roads or residential districts.  Pedestrian accidents also frequently happen late at night or early in the morning when visibility is poor.  Each pedestrian crash must be carefully investigated by police in order to determine the cause.

If you have lost a loved one to a California pedestrian accident, it is important to hire an experienced California personal injury lawyer right away.  You may have a claim under California’s wrongful death laws for the loss of your loved one.  This is especially true if there is clear negligence on behalf of the other party involved.

Wrongful death and personal injury claims are complicated and should only be handled by an experienced lawyer.  At The May Firm, we bring the right combination of skill and experience to help you recover when you need it the most.  For your free consultation, please give us a call at 844-629-3476.
