Car accidents occur often and for many different reasons. Unfortunately, more than 3,000 California car accidents resulted in fatalities in 2017, and thousands more ended with injuries from minor to catastrophic. As a victim, you may be eligible to file a claim for financial compensation if your suffering was due to the actions of another person or entity.
Due to the immensely high expenses associated with medical bills, physical recovery, and lost wages, many people choose to file a claim for recompense in the aftermath of a sudden crash. Anyone who has operated an automobile in a negligent or otherwise careless manner, causing the injuries or death of another person, should be held responsible for their actions.
