Our thoughts are with the injured victims at this time.
A California car accident can be a life-altering event for those involved. Serious crashes take place every day, multiple times per day throughout our state. These crashes are normally caused by the negligence or carelessness of at least one driver. Speeding, failing to yield the right of way, and distracted driving are just a few of the causes of California car accidents.
Regardless of the reason, if you have been hurt in a crash you need the best possible representation. The insurance company is motivated to settle your case as quickly and cheaply as possible. You should never attempt to speak with an adjuster on your own. Signing any settlement will eliminate your right to future recovery.
