Over 480 people were killed in California motorcycle accidents in 2013, according to California’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System, and hundreds more suffered minor to catastrophic injuries. The cause of every motorcycle accident may be different, however, the lack of protection in place for riders can be devastating. When a motorcyclist is injured or killed due to the negligent actions of another party, it is important to obtain experienced representation.
Unfortunately, serious and even fatal accidents can occur at any time, leaving victims and their loved ones with not only pain and suffering but extremely high expenses as well. While it may be difficult, it is important to understand that you may likely have significant rights at this time.
