Pedestrian Accidents in California

Throughout the state, pedestrian accidents in California have been reported to make up 11% of all California motor vehicle accident deaths. The severe consequences of these collisions are often due to the extreme vulnerability of the victim at the time of impact. Pedestrians are at a higher risk of suffering serious or even fatal injuries during an accident with a motor vehicle, and it is important for victims to understand their rights at this time.

Unfortunately, serious accidents can occur at any time, subsequently leaving victims and their loved ones with extremely high expenses on top of lost wages. While it may be difficult, it is essential for victims to recognize the immense value of compassionate and knowledgeable representation moving forward.
