Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

During the first six months of 2017, the state of California held the 15th highest rate of fatal pedestrian collisions, according to police reports. The research stated that around 352 people were killed in auto-pedestrian accidents during that time frame. Victims are totally unprotected at the time of a collision with a vehicle, which quickly leaves them at a high risk of sustaining fatal injuries following almost any California pedestrian accident.

When a loved one is unexpectedly hit and killed by a motor vehicle, family members are regularly left with immensely high expenses on top of their pain and suffering. Though it may be tremendously challenging, it is important for loved ones to realize that they might have significant rights to follow.
