Fatal DWI Accidents in California

Whenever intoxication and high speeds are involved in a car accident, the results are often devastating. Approximately 1.8 people per 100,000 over the age of 31 are killed in California car accidents each year because of an intoxicated driver. Although it may be undoubtedly difficult, it is important to understand that you may likely have serious rights after losing a loved one in an unexpected accident.

Anyone who has operated a vehicle in a seriously negligent manner and caused the death of another person should be held accountable for their actions. The pain and suffering of a sudden loss alongside the enormously high costs of hospital bills and funeral expenses often send many people searching for justice and compensation. The importance of qualified representation cannot be underestimated at such a time.
