Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in California

The state of California has the 15th highest rate of deadly pedestrian collisions between January and June of 2017, according to recent reports. The research found that approximately 352 people died in auto-pedestrian accidents during that span. Victims are entirely defenseless at the time of impact with a vehicle, which leaves them at a high risk of suffering catastrophic or fatal injuries after any California pedestrian accident.

When a family member is suddenly struck and killed by a vehicle, loved are often left with not only suffering but the worry of massively high expenses, as well. Although it may be extremely difficult, it is essential for family members to know that they may have rights following such an accident.
