Construction Accidents in California

In 2012, the state of California saw 341 fatal collisions involving large trucks, and hundreds more suffered serious injuries. That number was reported to have made up 7.3% of all fatal truck accidents across the United States. However, due to the sheer nature and power of such large vehicles, particularly ones as large as a crane, it seems obvious that construction accidents in California may be among the most severe kinds of accidents. Construction workers typically perform duties with extremely heavy equipment, and this can easily result in catastrophic or even fatal injuries.

We understand that there is often nothing as life-altering as suffering a sudden injury, and it is important to realize that your rights must be protected as soon as possible. Additionally, when you or a loved one has been injured or killed as the result of someone else’s blatantly negligent behavior, it is essential to understand the need for qualified representation.
