California sees hundreds of thousands of car accidents throughout our state each year. When a California car accident occurs, police must undertake a complete investigation of the crash scene. Authorities will consider the physical position of the cars, as well as statements from witnesses and other evidence in an effort to determine how the crash took place. Ultimately, they will make a determination as to which driver is responsible for the crash.
