Fatal Car Accidents in California

Due to high speeds, collisions that occur along highways commonly result in catastrophic and fatal injuries. In fact, recent reports have determined that over 3,000 California car accidents ended with fatalities in 2017. Minor to major injuries have been reported following thousands of more collisions, and it is important to understand that you may be entitled to file a claim for recompense during such a time.

The terribly high costs of physical recovery and medical bills that pile up on top of lost wages causes many victims to file a claim for compensation. It is not hard for us to say that anyone who has driven a vehicle in a reckless or irresponsible manner, subsequently causing the injuries or death of another person, should be held accountable.
