According to authorities, various factors such as speeding and drowsy driving often trigger trucking accidents in California that are recurrently serious. Furthermore, when a trailer is improperly loaded, just one slight shift in weight can result in a severe and even fatal collision. The immense size and power of big rigs considerably increases the seriousness of a collision with one, and realizing your rights during such a time is of the utmost importance.
