A pedestrian is reported to be struck and killed by a motor vehicle nearly every two hours across the United States. Pedestrian accidents in California make up 11 percent of all motor vehicle accident deaths in the state as victims are extremely vulnerable at the time of impact.
Deadly accidents can happen at almost any time, resulting in not only the pain and suffering of losing a family member but the burden of extremely high expenses as well. While it may be difficult, it is terribly important for bereaved family members to understand that they may likely have substantial rights at this time.
