Laguna Niguel, CA (December 10, 2019) – On Monday night, December 9th, a tow truck driver struck and killed a pedestrian in Laguna Niguel. According to authorities, the fatal accident happened at around 9:10 p.m.
Officials with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department stated that the unidentified pedestrian was hit by a tow truck while walking alongside a street. Paramedics arrived at the scene where the victim suffered severe injuries and was transported to Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo.
The victim was pronounced deceased at approximately 9:53 p.m. at the hospital. The incident is presently under investigation.
